Accounting and Payroll Administration

Cambrooks College Diploma in Accounting and Payroll Administration prepares students in Calgary and other areas to take on various positions in accounting, payroll, tax and office management, much needed in all industries and service sectors. With Cambrooks’ excellent faculty of industry-experienced instructors, students are taught:

What You Can Expect

At Cambrooks College, Accounting and Payroll Administration Program is a hands-on program. Students are taught to do it and are exposed to Quick Books and Sage 50 premium packages. On completion, students will be ready to write the payroll compliance practitioners examinations of The Canadian Payroll Association.

The Cambrooks Accounting and Payroll Administration comes with 8 weeks practicum where students will have the opportunity to put all they have learned in practice while at the same time be guided by professionals in the industry. The program that leads to a rewarding career where graduates work as:

  • An accounting clerk

  • An accounts payables clerk

  • An accounts receivables clerk

  • A bookkeeping clerk

  • A payroll administrator

  • A tax clerk

  • An office assistant

  • An office administrator

Our morning classes are flexible and vary depending on the program.

Morning Classes: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Classes: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekend Classes: Friday (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Sunday (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
